Description
Marqués de Cáceres M. C. 2012 is a red wine from the IO La Rioja produced by the Marqués de Cáceres winery. This is a varietal wine, which is only made using Tempranillo. The grapes come from an area of 11.2 hectares divided into five small pieces of land in Rioja Alta and Rioja Alavesa. These are staggered at five different heights, ranging from 400 to 550 metres in the Rioja Alta and 380 to 500 metres in the Rioja Alavesa. The vines are between 65 and 90 years old and mostly grown in clay-calcareous soils.
