The Sartori vineyard in Veneto can look back on a history of over 120 years. Today, the company is led by Andrea Sartori and is one of the largest and most significant in this Italian region located between Venice and Lake Garda.
For many generations, the vineyard has worked its way up to the top in the international wine world with the help of first-class wines such as Valpolicella and Amarone. The Sartori family has been awarded many awards and has therefore been able to further expand the company north of Verona. The first-class wines from the small town of Negrar today represent Veronese tradition and quality awareness in a way that no other wine in the area comes close to.

TASTING NOTES
The Sartori L'Appassione, a blend of Corvina Veronese, Merlot, Corvinone and Rondinella, aged for several months in wood, has an intense garnet red color with aromas of dark red fruit and spices. The taste is full and powerful, dry, velvety on the tongue, soft pleasant tannins with notes of dark red fruit and dried fruit again. Very light vanilla in the long finish. A powerful accompaniment to grilled or roasted meats, mature cheeses or smoked ham.
