Description
History and terroir:
The pays d'Oc is the largest wine-making region in the world, covering four departments: le Gard, l'Hérault, l'Aude et les Pyrénées Orientales.
In France, the Sauvignon culture stretches across 14,000 hectares. From one region to another, Sauvignon adopts very different styles, but when produced well, it brings out qualities of refinement and class.
Tasting:
A pale crystalline yellow color. This Sauvignon offers an intense nose with notes of citrus, fruity with great finess. It has a nice bite and persistant armoas. It is balanced on the palate, ample and harmonious. We recommend tasting this wine at 8-9°C.
