Description
History and terroir :
Cabernet Sauvignon is, alongside Merlot, the world’s most widely planted variety.
In 2006, it was estimated that 50,000 hectares were planted in France. Cabernet Sauvignon has certainly spread into the Languedoc over the last few years. With low yields it gives wines of good tannin strength and clean aromas.
Tasting :
This wine has a deep crimson colour and offers a range of aromas: dark berries, Morello cherries and liquorice. Powerful, with well-rounded tannins, this is a highly complex wine with good length. We recommend to taste this wine at 14-15 °C.
