Description
This brut has a beautiful floral nose, but gets desert dry fast, and finishes with just a touch of sugar. The bubbles persist long after the pour, rather than rapidly dissipating; something I appreciate in sparkling wine.
Blanc de blancs tells you it was made from traditional white wine grapes, and the result is a wine that's as light as can be, truly dry, and almost clear in color. A very nice Cava. Enjoy!
