DESCRIPTION
This is the Château Coulonge red wine with an equal blend of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon.
The name of the wine is translated in English as "Aged in Oak Barrels". As the name states, the wine is aged in oak barrels for 12 months before bottling in order to refine its character. It is best served and consumed with a temperature of 17-18°C. In conversion to Organic Agriculture since 2015, Nicolas Roux, the artisan winemaker of the place, cultivates the vineyard with passion.
