WINEMAKING
The exceptionally soft winemaking of hand-selected Malbec grapes from Antigal's Uco Valley Vineyards was made possible by the winery's gravity-flow system. The care taken through all stages of the process from intial cluster-chilling through sorting, maceration, fermentation and barrel aging-- produced an unusually elegant Malbec with great balance and supple tannins.
